Use
The recommended standard, which can be found in the enclosed leaflet, is one dose (60 ml) in the morning at least 10 minutes before consuming food or drink. We recommend regular consumption. 1 pack (420 ml) of BODY&FUTURE Laboratories PROBIOTICS is a weekly dose. Use within 7 days of opening. For unopened products, see the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Dosage
Recommended daily intake for adult is 60 ml. This dosage contains more than 15 billion live active bacteria. Package contains 7 servings. We recommend taking the BODY&FUTURE Laboratories PROBIOTICS nutritional supplement in the morning on an empty stomach and we also recommend waiting at least 10 minutes for the drink to pass through the digestive system into the intestines, where the bacteria will start to work. A measuring cup of 60 ml is included in the package. Shake the bottle well before opening. A volume of 420 ml is sufficient for 7 days. For best results, we recommend taking the supplement for 4 weeks.
